Shipping policy

We do our best to ship orders out within 24 business hours of receipt of order, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. Sometimes this is out of our control. 

We choose the sipping carrier that provides the best rate for the class of service requested. While we do our best to meet your expectations, the carrier choice is at our sole discretion, and can be changed at our sole discretion.

Once an item leaves our facility, it is your item, and you are responsible for it. We will help with any shipping claims the best we can, and will do our best to work with you at our discretion. If you are being unreasonable, don't expect help. Whether you are being reasonable is at our discretion.
