Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for flavor or experience issues. Flavor, heat, and because some of our products are edible, are some of the reasons that we cannot and will not take returns for any reason. This also means that you will not ever receive a returned product when you buy from us. Once it leaves our facility, it is not allowed back in. For this reason, once it leaves our facility, it is no longer our responsibility, but we will try to work with you if you are reasonable. Whether you are reasonable is at our sole discretion. In short, be nice: It'll work out better for you.

If your product is lost or damaged in shipping, contact us and we'll try to work something out with you.

If we replace your product due to a shipping related issue, the replacement shipping cost will be borne by you, but we'll give you a coupon to discount your next order. In other words, we'll cover the product cost, and you cover the shipping cost, but we'll make it up to you next time.
