This product is made to order, dried, vacuum sealed and shipped to you. I make this every Sunday and ship out once they've dried enough to vaccuum seal without damaging the noodles. This varies from batch to batch. This product does not ship every day. I make the pasta like my grandmother taught me. No food processors, just a fork, eggs, flour and salt.
